Brandon’s journey into the Salesforce world began in the mid-2000s when his aptitude for explaining complex technical concepts led him from a career in car sales to a role in tech consulting. His early exposure to Pardot, prior to its acquisition by Salesforce, paved the way for his specialization in marketing automation and CRM solutions. Since 2014, he has been a dedicated Salesforce consultant, and in 2018, he founded Cypress Learning Solutions to further his mission of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions to businesses.
In addition to his consulting work, Brandon is an active educator in the Salesforce community. He conducts training sessions, bootcamps, and webinars through the Cypress Learning Academy, focusing on Salesforce and Pardot certifications. His educational content is designed to equip new Salesforce administrators and marketers with the skills needed to succeed in the platform.
