That’s why we were proud to coordinate a recent visit to the Salesforce Fremont (Seattle) office with Americans 4 Equality—an organization dedicated to empowering historically underserved communities through access to education, opportunity, and career pathways.
A Journey of Inspiration and Empowerment
As part of our ongoing mission to bridge the gap between aspiring talent and the tech industry, this visit provided interns and job seekers from Americans 4 Equality with a firsthand look at the vibrant, inclusive, and dynamic work culture that defines Salesforce and Tableau.
During the tour, participants engaged with Salesforce professionals, explored innovation spaces, and learned about real-world applications of Salesforce and Tableau technologies. It was more than a field trip—it was a transformational moment for many attendees who left energized by the potential of a career in tech.

The results of this partnership are already making a powerful impact:
- 100+ participants have completed our “Introduction to Data Analytics and Salesforce” cohort, delivered through the Americans 4 Equality Warp 10 program.
- 400+ hours of Salesforce training have been accomplished by this aspiring team of technologists and job seekers.
- 150+ new Trailblazers have been added to the Salesforce ecosystem, equipped with foundational knowledge and credentials.
